All items are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Due to the custom production process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing.

Product Expectations
Our products are custom-made and may have slight variations in color, print placement, or material compared to images shown on the website. These differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at keepitbrappy@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Each product description includes details on the intended fit (e.g. oversized, loose, or standard fit) to help guide sizing decisions.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
